'She Art' Tag In A Bag by Debbie B.

Hi lovelies!  I want to show you Debbie Buchanan's latest project as a Creative Team designer.  It's an extra large tag in a bag created with the Ephemera's Heartsong 8.5 x 11inch kit.  This is a nice alternative to a greeting card because you can fill the bag with goodies and write your message on the tag.  And it makes a nice keepsake. Debbie says she loves working with this kit because it's great for people who love mixed media and she art - the paper does most of the work for you if you aren't sure how to work with textures, layers and drawing dolls.

The tag is made out of a file folder and decorated with the kit paper. The paper bag is also decorated on the front and back.  There are also extra tags inserted into the back fold of the paper bag (the bottom was glued back to create a pocket). The sentiment tags are attached with a brad so they can swivel to reveal each message.  The little doll wings are positioned in a way that they can be cut off for just a doll effect or left on for an angel/fairy look like she did here.  She also added bling so that they appear to be wearing necklaces, barrettes, and pretty shoes!

This would be wonderful for a little girl's birthday party, to put favours inside.  Or even for a teenage girl, to give with a gift card.  And anyone who loves 'she art' will love adding these dolls to their mixed media layouts or just frame them on the wall.

I love what Debbie did in this project.  Her ideas are fantastic. Thanks Debb!
